Shipping & Delivery
When will I
receive my order? All orders ship out within 5 business days of
placing the order. If there is a problem with your order or if there is
some delay, we will contact you to let you know.
Can I get
them faster? Absolutely. Here at ASAP Screen Printing, we know
people want things done ASAP. In some cases, we can have a shirt shipped
out to you the same day you place your order. If you’re in a bind, just
contact us (link) and we will be happy to help in any way we can. There
may be an extra charge if you want expedited shipping.
How is my
order shipped? All orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground.
Can I pick
up my order? Sure thing. Our showroom is located in Chalfont, PA in
beautiful Bucks County, just outside of Philadelphia. If you need your
order fast or just don’t want to pay shipping charges, just email us and
we can arrange for you to pick up your order at your convenience.
Designing
Will my
design appear exactly as it does on my screen? In most cases, your
shirt will be delivered to you just as it looks on screen. If there are
issues with resolution of the images that you have uploaded or your
artwork, someone will contact you to fix them and re-design your shirt.
Can you
make changes to my design for me? Yes, just contact us and let us
know what you want done. We have a graphic designer who can work with
you to come up with your ideal design.
Can I have
names and numbers printed on each shirt for my team? Yes. Just
design your t-shirt and save it, then email us with a list of the names
and numbers that you need. We’ll do the rest!
How do I
get a price? When you’re done working on your design, add the item
to your shopping cart along with the quantity you want and it will
calculate the cost for you. If you’re looking for a price on something
not in the designer tool, just contact us. We have over 10,000 items
that we can personalize for you. Check out our catalog link for other
items and pricing.
Can you
design a shirt for me? Absolutely. Have a great idea, but don’t
think you can design it yourself? We have a graphic designer who you can
work with to come up with your design. There may be a small design fee
for intricate work, but your design will be exactly how you envisioned
it. Contact us for more information.
What if I
want my design printed on a product not listed in the “design your own”
section? We have a catalog with over 10,000 items in it and we can
print your logo or design on just about anything. Check out our online
catalog (link) for more ideas and contact us to place your order.
What if I’m
ordering more than one shirt? To order more than one shirt, change
the quantity when you add it to your cart.
Do you
offer a discount if I order a quantity of shirts or other apparel?
We certainly do. The more you buy, the more you save. Our discount price
breaks begin at a dozen shirts and there is a price break for each
additional dozen you buy. If you are ordering a large quantity, its best
to email us for a price quote. If you want the same design on different
apparel items (i.e. sweatshirts & t-shirts), we also offer discounts on
these combined quantities, just contact us for a quote!
How are my
shirts made? Check out how it’s made (link) to see details on your
shirts being made! We offer a few different processes depending on what
you order in order to bring you products at the best possible price and
quality.
What are
the resolution requirements for artwork/pictures uploaded? Artwork
should be uploaded as .jpegs in RGB format and atleast 250 x 250
resolution.
Is my order
returnable? Unfortunately, since all the shirts we produce are
custom designed by you, they are not returnable. If for some reason you
feel your item does not meet your quality standards, please contact us
and we will be more than happy to work something out.
Do you
offer embroidery services? Absolutely. Contact us for a quote and
check out our Catalog for ideas on items to embroider.
Do you offer
promotional products or favors?
Absolutely.
